Lots and lots of expenses! This is not something a new player should attempt.

Building the 4 basic modules (out of a possible 10 modules/buildings) you would need to properly run a planet - Bio-dome, Warehouse, Quarry, Defense Grid - amounts to almost 170,000 satoshi in materials, assuming of course you would have to buy it all and at NPC prices. This does not include expenses you would also have to undergo in order to recruit colonists to have a workforce on your planet.

As for the rewards for owning a planet, I'll leave that a surprise for you to see for yourself =]

Again, this is NOT FOR NEW PLAYERS to try out. Advance yourself first as the expenses of colonization is immense.
